project Overview
The Supervisor Summit is an annual conference that brings together roughly 300 site supervisors for leadership development, safety training, and team recognition. The creative team supported the event by managing all pre- and post-conference communications, developing the conference branding, and collaborating with the event team to produce on-site signage and branded décor.
In my role, I was responsible for planning and coordinating all event signage in partnership with the event planning and budget teams, ensuring that production decisions aligned with both the creative vision and logistical constraints. I directed the production of pre-event communication materials, helping set the tone for the conference and build anticipation among attendees. I also oversaw the creative direction and execution of all on-site signage, guiding the visual consistency of wayfinding, stage graphics, and branded environmental elements.
Together, these efforts helped create a cohesive and engaging attendee experience while also promoting Emery Sapp and Sons within the Kansas City community.
The conference logo and branding direction was created marketing director Caitlyn Cook.
